Comparison
Sunsama is a guided close-the-day / plan-tomorrow ritual. Postal is not a planner first: it’s Post-its that keep what you said, find it later, and remind you — then Morning Postal for the ritual.
| Need | Sunsama | Postal |
|---|---|---|
| Daily ritual | The product: pull, prioritize, time-block | Morning Postal — overdue, due today, calendar, one focus |
| Capture | From connected task apps | From your mouth, paste, or terminal — not only from other apps |
| Find | Inside today’s plan + sources | Anytime, even months later, even if you forgot the title |
| Remind | What’s on today’s calendar block | Explicit reminders on the desk, not only what’s blocked |
| AI | Lighter; the ritual is the intelligence | Heavier: research, keep-pass, chat that acts |
If you love a shutdown ritual and time-blocking, Sunsama is hard to beat. If you need the messy dump to survive until tomorrow, Postal is the better home.
